Pursuant to the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998, Lockheed Martin UK Integrated Systems & Solutions Limited, which develops and maintains this website on behalf of IA5, UK MoD, is registered as a Data Controller with the Data Protection Commissioner under registration number Z6891321. All user data collected for access to the secure areas of this website is treated in the strictest confidence, and is used only for access control to secure areas of the website and for administrative purposes by the TDLITS. It is not divulged to any third party.
Personal data contained within the Attendees Lists from TDLITS Meetings is also held on the site and made available to all those individuals who are authorised to access the site. This data is in the form of the Country of origin, Title/Rank/Name/Service, Post or Organisation, Address and Tel/Fax/E-mail of all attendees at TDLITS Meetings. This data is held for the purposes of allowing TDLITS Members to contact one another. It is assumed that, by supplying this information, Attendees have given their consent for this data to be held and released in such a manner. However, Attendees may withdraw their consent for the Secretariat to hold/use their personal data at any time. They can check or amend the data held, or request the deletion of that data by contacting the Website Administrator at admin@tacticaldatalink.com.
